Our mediation group can provide you with a mediator or arbitrator who has specific experience in your problem area. For example, a construction defect case or construction contract dispute may need someone who has been a builder to help solve a construction related problem. In certain complex business disputes, we can assist in not only mediating the dispute, but engaging the necessary professional assistance, such as an independent accountant, to solve the problem. At times, a panel of mediators or arbitrators may be needed and we can assist in assembling a qualified group of mediators, professionals and practitioners.
