Chris Clark has worked on both sides of the planning profession, as an agent for permitting and as consultant to counties and cities on a broad range of land use and environmental matters. His diversity of experience provides a sound foundation for dispute management. Recognizing the subtleties and demands of the private and public realm provide Chris with the tools necessary to address disputes centered on land use and development.
Chris Clark is known for municipal and land use consulting throughout the Central Coast. He has worked with local, state and federal agencies on a wide variety of environmental and municipal planning projects. He is an expert in land use matters, including work within the Coastal Zone of California. As a private consultant and attorney, he has permitted or processed over 500 projects, from subdivisions to federal office buildings. He is an adjunct professor of land use, environmental and water law at Cal Poly. He continues to work in his professional capacity as a planner and is now available as a mediator with the Radovich Mediation Group.

- Licensed to practice law in California and Massachusetts

- Worked with Army Corps of Engineers, Coastal Commission, California Dept. of Fish & Game, numerous counties and cities
- Adjunct faculty for Land Use Law, Environmental Law and Water Law at Cal Poly
- California teacher of CEQA updates and other land use courses
- Additional training in impact fees, water rights, environmental remediation
Rate
Mr. Clark's rate is $300 per hour with a three hour minimum. A $100 non-refundable scheduling fee is charged, but will be credited if the matter is rescheduled.
