Bill Dexter is a nationally recognized risk management consultant and trainer and the former Director of the California Center for Construction Education for the College of Architecture and Environmental Design at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. His professional training and consulting company serves numerous industry associations in the areas of risk management, problem solving, restoration of historic masonry buildings and liability mitigation. His overall experience in construction activities spans 35 years as a craftsman, business owner, contractor, consultant, educator and trainer. Bill is a former National Panelist for the American Arbitration Association and is now available as a trained mediator and arbitrator with the Radovich Mediation Group.

Rate
Mr. Dexter's rate is $300 per hour, with a three hour minimum. A $100 non-refundable booking fee is charged, but will be credited if the matter is rescheduled.
