Mediation or Arbitration?  |  Early Mediation  |  Focus Groups  |  Contract Neutral

Good question. In simple terms, mediation is a purely voluntary process that can be handled confidentially. In fact, the law protects the mediation process in that way.

Radovich Mediation Group specializes in the mediation of all kinds of disputes. We solve problems, but only if the people involved in the mediation agree. It is a voluntary, cooperative and in many ways a collaborative process.

Arbitration, on the other hand, is a formal proceeding which typically involves a hearing with evidence that leads to a binding decision. The people in that process give up the opportunity to control the outcome and allow a neutral arbitrator to make such a decision. Some disputes need that kind of formal finality. We can help you select the right arbitrator.
