Mediation Experience: Since 2005, and after receiving mediation training at both the Center for Mediation in Law and the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University, Scott Radovich has mediated over 3,000 litigated and prelitigation matters ranging from personal injury to probate, from employment to easements, from business to real estate, and just about everything else in the realm of civil disputes.

Professional Background: Beginning in 1979 and for the next 30 years, Scott Radovich as a practicing attorney represented individuals, businesses, schools, cities, insurance companies, employees and employers through numerous jury and court trials – in State and Federal Court. He has successfully argued before the California Supreme Court. He has served as the President of the San Luis Obispo County Bar Association and President of the Central Coast Trial Lawyers Association (earning Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2000). He was also a member of the Southern California Defense Counsel and Northern California Defense Counsel organizations, Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA) and the Consumer Attorneys of California. He is also a former member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), and a current member of the Association of European Attorneys (AEA).

Commitment to Community: Starting in 1979 when he first opened his law practice in San Luis Obispo, Scott Radovich’s involvement with the local community has been as broad as his legal experience. He has served on the boards of the Mozart Festival and the San Luis Obispo International Film Festival. Nationally, he has served on the Landscape Architectural Accreditation Board which certifies landscape architecture programs at colleges and universities throughout the United States.
